Cathi Dailey – President/Founder
Cathi’s diverse background in information technology, telecommunications, and health care has led to previous assignments for top level executives and presidents of large and small corporations. In her previous positions as senior executive secretary, project manager, and office manager; she gained the combination of experience, creativity and communication skills to begin a venture in virtual consulting services. Cathi is uniquely qualified to understand the needs of today’s top executives and business owners as well as the general public. As a business owner herself, she has the insight and perspective to understand the complex qualities and dynamics it takes for a business to succeed. She studied psychology at Georgia Perimeter College and holds many certifications from seminars and classes in information technology, telecommunications and health care.
Robert Dailey – Vice President of Operations & Co-Founder
Robert Dailey brings 30 years of Information Technology support to BRAVO Services. His IT experience covers a wide array of systems, platforms, and positions. Beginning with mainframe system support, he adapted and supported a variety of distributed systems platforms including UNIX and Microsoft. He was at the forefront of Storage Area Networking technology working with vendors such as Clariion, Hitachi, EMC, McData and Brocade . He supported arrays from less than a Gigabyte to hundreds of Terabytes. More recently he has been involved with the conversion of hundreds of Wintel servers to VMWare.
Robert has also worked in a variety of positions including Systems Administration, Systems Architecture, Systems Security, and Managing a 24 x 7 worldwide technical helpdesk for a branch of the federal government. He has spent the last several years working for one of the largest Healthcare Services companies in the world.
Robert believes that with the technologies available today, a company such as BRAVO Services can excel in providing quality support to today’s businesses. And with the technologies of the future, the opportunities for remote business administration, quality service, and value to the customer is just the beginning.
